Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Areas: We deliver across India. If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges vary based on order value, delivery location, and shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard Delivery: 4-7 business days
Express Delivery: 1-3 business days (available for select locations)
Same-Day Delivery: Available in select cities for orders placed before the cutoff time
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking link to monitor the delivery status.
Delivery Guidelines
Deliveries are made during standard business hours (9 AM – 7 PM, Monday to Saturday).
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will attempt re-delivery or contact you for further instructions.
In case of failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services and will update this policy once international shipping becomes available.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
If an item is missing from your order, report it within 48 hours of receiving the package.
We will investigate and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellations or modifications are not possible.
In case of cancellation, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
